Very disappointed in dealing with this gentleman. Not only are the rates outrageous, you are at the mercy of his take it or leave it attitude; it felt like he was doing me a favour despite paying beyond top dollar.
Unfortunately the supply and demand factor plays a significant role here, fortunate for Bayview that there isn’t more competition. I’m most disappointed at myself for not listening to several neighbors that warned me about doing business with Bayview, but I believe in giving people a chance, in this case, I won’t make that mistake again.
